Yeah, I know practically nobody remembers him, but ...
He was first seen in Denny O'Neil's Wonder Woman run back in the late 1960s.
In the 1970s, he had a couple of back-up stories in Detective Comics.
But in the end, it appears DC brought him back (briefly) in 2006 as part of the weekly series 52, only to give him the final kiss-off.
It would be nice if DC found a way to revive him and give us a recurring non-super-powered civilian private-eye character that could occasionally pop-up in various stories. (They wouldn't even have to go overboard with the Sam Spade/Maltese Falcon references in the stories.)
