Sylar only gets to use TK, but it's at the best level he showed in Heroes. I only really remember stuff from season 1 but feats from all seasons are in play.

Ebony Maw is of course Ebony Maw.

Which villain wins?

Edit: Thinking clearly Sylar may be outmatched so im adding a round 2 where he gets all abilities he had in heroes alongside his TK. except for the nuke thing.

Maw's TK is way beyond Sylar. He will just chop Sylar to ribbons. Which is a 10 count at worst.

Ehh.....Sylar’s TK was pretty potent. Plus he’s a bullet timer.

Pretty sure he can quick draw Maw and cut his throat.

It was TK. Pretty good TK too, holding Thor in place.

Basically, the only thing he lacks is speed. He does have some measure of enhanced durability though as Strange was knocking him around with his fight.

I'm not sure those were made by him via TK. Seemed more like some tech he kept on the ship. Designed for micro surgery implied a technology that he had repurposed for torture imo

It's hard to see, i thought it looked like the spikes were disappearing the moment he got sucked out through the space ship. but yea, it might be that just some stuff he keeps around the ship.
