The way Carol's been treated, recently, I think she'd naturally fit in with DC. On the flip side, like people have said, the X-Men and Spider-Man are Marvel's most Marvel like characters.

Without Ben, I'd say the Fantastic Four would be very DC like characters, but Ben really gives them a Marvel flair.
I’ve seen Carol Danvers compared with Kara Danvers (Supergirl), so I don’t think you’d be far off.

    Most DC - Dr. Strange

He is, very much cut from the same cloth as Aquaman in a lot of ways.

But I agree, Captain America is the most DC hero at Marvel. You could drop that guy into a group shot of the JSA and not realize anything is out of place and he'd fit into the DCU structure like it was a glove. Such a good fit it'd probably be boring as hell, honestly!

Least DC hero at Marvel is probably Spider-Man. The X-Men feel like a close second but DC's no stranger to tackling social issues or the "freaks among freaks" narrative, while Parker's struggling, Everyman sensibility goes against the grain of DC's larger than life archetypes.

I mean, in a classic sense. I dont actually think there's much difference between the two companies as we often think there is. For every cosmic Green Lantern or Darkseid I can find you a Nova or Galactus, and for every Daredevil and Iron Man I can find you a Roy Harper and Batman.

I feel Kamala is squarely in the middle of DC and Marvel.
