This was REALLY hard, because there are so many good ones I had to leave out, like King Candy, the Evil Queen, Mother Gothel, Gaston I mean even Hades got bumped. Disney has created so many incredible iconic villains; though I do think Maleficent is THE answer. She's the most iconic, and voiced by the queen of villains: Eleanor Audley (who they also based Maleficent and Lady Tremaine's facial features off).

Nobody ever puts the Horned King from Black Cauldron on these lists and he is such a great villain.

I assume it's because most try and erase that film from their mind, and sadly that means the Horned King too.
