All of the characters pictured above.
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
All of them. Even the characters introduced in Young All-Stars. I can only think of one writer I'd trust to handle a cast that big though: Jonathon Hickman.

Awesome list!
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
Way to many to list for me. I would love to see several of these guys back. Cyclone/Maxine Hunkel would be my top pick because she's not used enough as it is.
You know, Zackary Zartara would be kind of awesome here too. Give the guy some credit for being as good as his Aunt is.
True that! These guys know their history.
Here is the panels that lead into it.
At center Liberty Belle in all her caped splendor...
Also it's hard to tell from the formated image, but that roll call sequence was a tremendous unfolding four-page spread.
And the pages after, explaining Shining Knight, Amazing-Man and Aquaman's, and the Blackhawks absence....

Thanks guys. Ironically, I probably have this issue somewhere in my collection. But I did not remember Liberty Belle's presiding over this meeting.
use the classic giant team
https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/...20110522023435
then expand it with all the golden age characters from the different cie they buy along the way.

MARVEL: Daredevil, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), & Doctor Strange.
Current Pulls: Not a thing!
As to who would work for an All-Star Squadron revival, the first thing to be settled on would be when it is set: back in the WWII-era, or in the present day?
If in the present, then you have to settle on why the group is being revived, and also whether "All-Star Squadron" would be a good name to use or not (especially with the abbreviation).
