Male Toadians shouldn't even be this size , They should only be at most 4 feet at their base size , yeah something is diffently not right here. " Althena said

"Fascinating," Blizzar responded. "Of course there's the chance that Toadians simply evolved differently in this timeline."

The Nevadian laughed slightly at the gesture of kindness. "And here I was thinking this was a token of our friendship."

"Hmph," the Lieutenant chuckled. "This is me being friendly. As I will continue to be, so long as you two make good on paying me back. There's no rush, however. Let's simply enjoy the festivities."

It was hardly any surprise to Held, in all honesty. What would be the point in soliciting a brib--Donation, from him, just to spend it on a lavish gift for him? After all, it was unlikely that Blizzar would be able to use the purchase as a tax write off, or something of that nature. Did the Galaxy Police even plan for events like this?

"Then again, you did save me the hassle of doing my own legwork....And I suppose if anyone here is likely to share my tastes, it'd be you?"

He paused, realizing something.

"...Wait, just to be sure. " He leaned in close to Blizzar "What is the GP's stance on gambling? I mean, to put it another way, the laws of one dimension, don't directly count here, do they?"

Blizzar might relax where cash in involved, but I need to see if we're on the same page or not. For all I know the GP considers time and space to play no role in upholding...Justice, or whatever they want to call it.

Many of us seek power where ever we can get it, as well as working our tails off training til we're near dead."

Dash leaned back against a wall, arms crossed, "Apparently Sayians have a natural power switch of some kind, it makes their ki an' their hair all gold. Though ah doubt a little Sayian kid with no training could get like that. Power is funny that way, an' am not so sure it's all that natural. Most of my people train continuously, yet ah know am the first in many generations to be this strong."

She then stood up and gestured to Praxat, "An look at you. You trained with your Master Khan, ah think his name is, yet before you came here you weren't nearly as strong as you are now. How much of this is training an how much is somethin' else? Ah don't know." she then shrugged and went back to leaning against the wall while looking at the RoST entrance.

Box Seat 7 turns out to be a massive and luxurious room, with one entire wall a massive window/balcony overlooking a large arena. The stands are already packed, but the view of the arena is amazing.

The room itself has a massive bar/small kitchen in the back, several tables, couches, and other furniture. Two servers, a man and a women, are there to aid you as best they can. There is also a poker table, several slot machines, and other gambling games throughout the room.

And standing there, smiling, is Incenio.

“Welcome to my humble casino, treasured guests. My name is Incenio, owner and master of the place.”

The Toadian info you get is that his power level is around 700,000. He’s middle aged. Less energy blast type and more a physical fighter.

Your Clairvoyance indicates he’s here for the money, not the gem, and doesn’t known about the nexus inside it.

Blizzar glanced at Incenio. An Arcosian...but something was different about him. Coloration, perhaps? Whatever caused this timeline to deviate from their would be an interesting case for study for another time. For now the more concerning issue was this entrpeneur's intent. "And what a wonderful establishment it is," he complimented. "Blizzar is my name. Thank you for welcoming us personally. I'm quite looking forward to the tournament. Seems as if you've gathered quite the smashing roster, eh?"

Her efforts fail because Incenio seems to have some sort of psychic field about him that prevents it.

Out of those mentioned, those were the ones who caught Charco's attention. While he wasn't unaware of the entirety of Chris the Knife's deal, he did recognize that name as the douche who killed Jack. He would have to make it hurt if he managed to face him. As for the other, well, the name reminded him of those creatures from Dusk City. He still had those scars from that night.

As for Solarius, Charco had no idea why, but something deep inside his mind told him that he had faced this man in combat once, but, for the life of him, Charco could not recall such a fight.

"Interesting bunch we got here..." He murmured to himself.

Chris the Knife was spotted. He looked much the same as their version did, though Banefire was not on this one’s hip.

Pied Piper.

He has a baseline pl of 500,000 apparently. His hat hid his most of his face, leaning against a wall and softly playing a flute.

Solarius was seen as well. Oddly enough, when their eyes met, he too had some mild recognition in them.
