Of course she did not put forward some grand ambition for the moment, only pursuit of another way. True enough, a person is made from deed, not words.

Incenio (casino one) powers up and out of the attack, disintegrating the gelatin and cutting off the Agony Matrix.

He vanishes and reappears, kicking the Sgt into Sarada before seemingly, fleeing.

    ———

Incenio, in the air, dodges around the attacks, stalling it seems.

Meanwhile, most of his cloned guards seem to have been defeated or are in the process of being defeated.

Wilhelm arrives shortly thereafter and comes over to Jinzi and Ochazuke.

Sarada was too tangled up with Meehsas to stop Incenio from running off. "Bastard!" She growled and shoved the Sargent away, when kipped to her feet.

"The Incenio in the Casino is at large," she reported into her comm as she gave chase. "If anyone's left, track him down!"

She extended her senses to try and find him.

Ceasing her attack, Meagan took a pose of shear annoyance. "Incenio, you are easier to read than a children's book." With that, she summoned her Reflection Discs which hovered in the air over her head. Targeting his location, she then inverted the discs and sent them flying after him. At her direction, she attempted to surround him with these discs, normally used for her own defense, now inverted working to imprison him within.

This is not something she has tried before, but the theory is sound. Inverted, it would prevent him from launching his own energy attack as the attack would be reflected back at him. The tricky part is trapping him withing a sphere of these discs and keeping him within long enough to deal with him.

At The Lookout Praxat is watching this on the Holo-screen, and thinks about Incenio's previous actions and comes up with a scenario of what she thinks Incenio is going to do next, writes it down her handbook. Which is that mostly likely Incenio is counting on Sarada and the other guy to follow him so he can lead them into a trap. Praxat looks at the scenario she wrote in her handbook, " Yeah I'm positive this is mostly likely what he's planning on doing," Praxat said.

Althena doesn't attack Incenio but instead just goes into Efficiency mode and gets into the Zhino stance. Which is the very same defensive stance she used during her sparring match with Meagan.

Ochazuke stole a brief upward glance. His expression darkened, and the blood blackened upon his arm stiffened and cracked as he clenched his fist. "In seeking the strength to defeat your own...demon, you're not the first to come this way. If you've come to learn, then perhaps we can come to an understanding. We are short on time, and we could use some more help."

At this moment, Ochazuke stirred from the current conversation. When Wilhelm had arrived, he silently motioned for Aleka to join the assembly; she would see firsthand just what she had come into on her visit to Earth, and it was far greater than any one of their journeys.

Since the last time he'd seen Wilhelm, it seemed his hollow survivor's eyes seemed to soften. Perhaps instead of endless, listless days, he had something drawing him forward that gave him new life. So it was with some reticence that Ochazuke spoke to him.

"I understand Pantaloon has kept you busy," he nodded. "I assure you I would not pull you from your work if it was not a pressing matter."

He paused for a moment, and sighed, and motioned to Glacia's corpse and the heart held in Ishtar's hand.

"If you could take a look, perhaps you might recognize their workmanship. The language of the First Race."

Just seeing that ridiculous baby made Avoca's hair stand on end. Even if this was the person Helena was looking for, she wasn't about to stick around so she could get a body part bitten off by that stupid thing.

"Yeah, no problem," she responded absently. As the door was slammed closed, she made a beeline for the Plaza, where it was safe and free from infants with bear traps for teeth.

Ugh. Is Parsley still talking? She found her mate still standing in the same place she had been when she first arrived, but the talking - for now - seemed to be over. She only had an elementary understanding of what was going on. Once time travel and alternate dimensions/timelines were brought into the explanation, she lost all interest and capacity to comprehend.

Meh. As long as Parsley and Sarada come through on the other side alive, that was all she cared about.

Speaking of, "Does anyone know when Sarada will be back?"

    Behind her!

A stabbing pain is felt as she is, once again, thrown into the Sergeant. Only this time Incenio in stealth mode stabbed her in the back, literally, and has now pumped her full of Reptiloid and Toadian poison. She can already feel
Her body slowly stiffening, paralysis taking over.

Aleka was hardly unsympathetic to what the man was alluding to and spoke about. During her time on earth she had gotten to know a bit of the character of the people here, and over all the people here were a interesting bunch. They ran the gambit of morality and personalities, but overall if asked she'd say she liked the people of earth. For all their flaws, which each race of being had there was a drive and ability to improve she didn't see as often in other, more advanced worlds.

"The people of earth have their flaws just like everyone else, but they're a good bunch in my book and don't deserve to have their sovereignty or potential trampled on. My people had to deal with things like a long time ago, I guess its another reason I can somewhat relate but it wasn't in my time. Earth had an invasion a week ago? I think it was. Never figured out what their deal was, but probably something stupid going by track record." She doubted a space faring race would bother of wars of resources considering the huge abundant of natural ones in space alone; unless earth had something unique.

Likely, if she had to guess imperial play book but intergalactic wars of conquest were rather stupid and wasteful but they did happen.

It was the last statement that got a response. "Hopefully so, I would like that."

And through the conversation she still hadn't gotten his name.

Going by first impressions, he'd tell her a bit later if she didn't find out or she earn it.

We'll, well, you're an interesting man. I'll give you that.

As the lull of the conversation died down, Aleka was directed towards something else that caught his attention and silently followed.

She had expected a number of things.

Just..not a corpse with Ishtar holding a heart?

Aleka wasn't a squeamish woman that fainted at the sight of blood and gore; she was a experienced warrior who had seen her fair share of the uglier sides of combat. The vivid memory of Nuvrod and what was left of some of the victims were one of her least fond memories of the subject but it was a rough saying of she had seen it, and seen worse. It did make the gears in her head, stutter, stop, then start back up as she tried to put together the puzzle with the pieces given to her before she jumped to any hasty conclusions.

"Nice to meet you my name is Aleka, but I'm..a bit taken back." Aleka said slowly. "Why do have them and their heart?" Maybe they were studying the enemy since a war was mentioned and that would explain the bulk of things.

Or worse case scenario her sense of judging character had taken a nose dive and the people were nuts.

From the corner of her vision, another pale figure appeared; it was the young Karine. "Sorry I was busy, but I'm here." The meeting seemed important so she decided to come but as the corpse?

Karine didn't seem to flinch or bother much with it but it was hard to say what was going through her head at the time. One thing for certain for those who knew her, she was still the kind person she was but she had definitely hardened.

    First race?

    Aleka was more confused.

Still, she was smart enough to roll with things and ask the questions after the fact as of right now this seemed more important then her current speed up. What had she gotten herself into?
