She smiles as he suddenly appears, one of his most endearing qualities. "Jinzi, I'll be going on the next mission. See you when I get back." She then gives him a kiss on the cheek, "Take care of yourself til I get back."

He grins.

“Don’t I always?”

He pauses, then grimaces.

“Actually, don’t answer that.”

Jinzi nods and gets to work after cleaning himself off and eating.

Meanwhile, Jack and Nunlil are busy training with Kai as Eva speaks gently with Pike.

Time passes, and Zurvan eventually meantions that the third doorway is open. He also mentions he’s feeling stronger cast his mind into this alternate timeline to scout around a hit for them instead.

“This one appears to have a tournament about to start. The winner is given a jewel that has, unbeknownst to them, the nexus point crystallized inside already. There are four spots still available in the tournament.”

A tournament? Hmm. Nostalgic. The concept took Blizzar a ways back to his boxing days. From his research on Earth, he'd learned it has held many competitions between martial artists and pugilists of great renown. It seems this Alternate Earth was no different. In fact...from his recollection of the reports, the last tournament the M-Fighters took place in was for a prize that would decide the fate of the world as well. Funny how things turned out.

"I think I will join this mission, though I need not be one of the selected four," Blizzar stated. "No doubt there are competitors among us far more capable than I...but I seldom get the chance to watch such events and it will be interesting to witness the capabilities of these alternate competitors."

"This tournament, do you know what the rules are ?" Ishtar asks Zurvan, as she approaches the group.

Qaztoh stops " It's fine I just overreact when you refer to me as a walking encyclopedia , and I guess we can spend time together , but no touching any of my inventions okay!" Qaztoh said Praxat puts her right hand on Qaztoh's left shoulder " look Qaztoh I know I was hard on you but I had to do it. I mean what kind of Lady's Maid would I be if I didn't keep you line?" Praxat said with sincere emojis in her goggles


Praxat than takes out her laptop from her Jobox , opens it up and turns it on. she then goes to into program called Darwin Database Alpha edition which is filled with inaccurate information , Praxat goes over all the information, including the info it has on dinosaurs which is hilarious inaccurate before delate the program. she then opens up a blank database " Now I would like everyone's help in building a more accurate database on my laptop . Cyanna and Charco you two can go first It's the least I can do to make up for things and for being ignorant on dinosaurs and your style of martial arts Charco." Praxat said with sincere emojis in her goggles.

The detective takes the info, gives it to another officer, and now Turk is being escorted to a holding cell proper.

Before going inside goes the holding celling Turk takes out a picture and then a pen. He uses a pen to write a message on the picture and hands the picture to a GP officer . On the picture is room filled with gold surrounding by life size metal statues and a luxury chair in the middle. However there's something strange about the statues in the picture they seem almost life like too life like.


the message on the picture that Turk wrote reads " This is what the Black Sheep does to anyone who crosses him, he adds them to his collection !"

At his home Khan is looking at a book. " It was quite nice of Praxat to give me this Toadian dictionary and it to make Galactic standard translations. Toadian symbols aren't easy to decipher , but with Praxat help I managed to do it. Still to this day I find it quite funny that that the Toadian symbol for you means he and the Toadian symbol for he means you ," Khan said to himself.

Khan reads the dictionary " yeah the written Toadian Language is quite bizarre. I mean the symbol for It means she and the symbol for she means It . It's quite the interesting language !" Khan said to himself.

The Oni glanced at the other three competitors, a Saiyan, a Voidling, and a Chromakian, before chuckling. Sending an Earthling to represent the planet, was hardly a bad idea, itself.

"So. I suggest you send Charco, as the fourth." The Oni repeated, now more sure of her choice than before. "If for jó other reason than the fact that, as little as everyone has had to do, I am sure he would enjoy the challenge."

That would pose a problem, but it shouldn't have been an issue to use it to her advantage in case she came across a person beyond her in power. Manipulating momentum and leverage for easy wins was on the table, even if that wasn't going to be her go-to strategy.

Then came a suggestion - Charco.

Sarada grinned and grabbed the boy before he could answer. "Yep! He's our fourth fighter." Whether he wanted to be or not.

"How big is the ring and how many other fighters are there going to be?" she asked Zurvan.

After learning that Jinzi could remove the chaff - or at least make leaving the planet easier - in just two days, Sarada felt excited about the immediate future. She was beyond ready to go home. Earth was nice and all, but it was - at best - a vacation spot. It was a place to unwind, relax, spend time with her friends, and recover before going back to work. That it was seemingly the epicenter of a cosmic crisis had little bearing on her feelings in that regard.

Nothing could replace sleeping in her own bed, using her own toothbrush, and being around people like her.

Until then, she had to be patient and keep focused on the task at hand. She couldn't go home until the nexus pools were drained and Zurvan was back at full power. That was the most important thing right now.

She sighed heavily and started for the building, then stopped when she saw Held. "Oh, right." She forgot she owed him for saving her life. She supposed money would be the best payment for a Nevadian from the merchant tribe or whatever they called their class system. She didn't want to owe him an actual favor since there was no telling what he'd make her do. Nothing sexual, that was for sure. Everyone knew that Nevadian men didn't like women.

Hahahaha! They were just like Saiyan men like that.

"Hey, Held!" She walked over and draped an arm around his shoulder to pull him close. "I haven't forgotten that you saved my life. So, what do you want as payment; and I'm not taking no for an answer! A planet? I have over a hundred empty ones just sitting there. Money? Name you price and I'll gladly pay it. Women? *snerk* Hahah! No, seriously, what?"

"Eh?" The Nevadian shifted his body to accomadate the unexpected weight of the muscular Saiyan Queen. "Saved your...."

Between the chaos with Luop, the events behind the explosion that trapped him on earth, and the adventure through time and space, the trip he had taken to heal Sarada had seemed like a story from ages past.

"I try not to deal with women if I can help it." Held replied simply, "I've got enough trouble on my plate in that regard, thank you."

He sighed slightly, as if recalling an event from horrors past, before pushing it out of his mind.

"In anycase, why I would normally insist on a standard rescue contract, or at least the contingency I keep in tow of more high profile clients, I do have some reservations about ripping you of---"

The Nevadian began to cough loudly, violently, drowning out his words.

"My apologies....This chaff is driving me nuts...." He explained weekly.

"Anyways, let's just write this off as a good deed between comrades, I suppose. It's already technically a delicate intervention as it was--"

The interference of the chaff made it difficult for Held to determine if there were any repercussions of his act. It was not technically in violation of anything in and of itself, but it wouldn't have shocked the Nevadian to learn that some people would be none to happy that Held had chosen to intervene in Saiyan affairs, especially when it was not what would be considered a special relationship, that of Nevadian and Saiyan.

"I don't particularly feel like having it written off as 'mere' mercenary work...."

Held groaned, rubbing his head.

"...Then again, paying off Blizzar is pretty expensive....And that's not even factoring in what I'll have to pay to call it even with Hilda..."

I suppose desperate times and all that, huh? I'm not using my money, damnit. I had to give Blizzar 25% of my Space Vegas haul!

"Just in case, I'll have Cyanna and Dash keeping an eye on you." She smiles broadly, then pulls him in for a hug and a kiss, "Now get back to work, and I'll do the same. Once this is over, we'll have a real vacation, just us two." She then let's him go as she is about to get ready for her turn through the looking glass of time and space.

With the Scroll of Zxu'ro now secured from the flood of zog slobber, Ochazuke took a glance at the antique paper, eyes scanning the matter intently.

"The Tournament of Succession..." he whispered. His eyes widened grimly as he nod slowly. "...not here, Charco. Inside."

Koryuu-ryu, the Dino School. Until he met Charco, it was a discipline regarded with a certain caveat, an open secret among the knowledgable clans. The dark matter that ebbed within the young man, could there be a connection?

Ochazuke led Charco into the Lower Library beneath the Lookout's deck, and stole within a sequestered chamber filled with millennia of neglected archives. There among the deadened stacks they could talk alone.

"...does the name Penhuoqi mean anything to you?"

"I found this back home among my grandfather's things, why do--"

Charco could see it in Ochazuke's expression; he had stumbled across something that had been hidden for a reason. There appeared to be a reason that this Tournament had never been made public and he was beginning to suspect that it was also the reason why the Dino School ended up in its current state. Guided inside, the boy followed Ochazuke into the library, the aisles of knowledge a fitting place to discussion past history.

Penhuoqi

The name itself was foreign to him, but the mere mention of it stirred the beast within him. Whoever this was, discussing them had gotten Rex's intentions, but for better or for worst was the real question.

"No... or I don't think so." He admitted, glancing aside for a moment as he heard Cyanna's voice echo through the building.

As Cyanna watched, trying to make sense of what was going on, she walked over to Charco, "I always hoped it would be you that would fight over me. Never thought it would be Praxat."

Before he could make a response in her general direction, Cyanna's attention was drawn elsewhere and she was gone, perhaps for the best in this situation. Turning back to Ochazuke, he finally chose to ask the big question, "What do you know of this Tournament of Succession?"

" These are Toadian dictionaries they contain the entire Toadian Alphabet and a collection of Toadian words with definitions. Oh and I'm leaving my laptop out and this program opening so everyone who is staying behind please feel free to filled this database on my laptop with accurate information!" Praxat said


Althena over hears what the group talking about a tournament and walks up them with a curious emoji shown in her pendent " Pray tell what exactly is a tournament ? " Althena said

After putting away the book, "The tournament is a Martial Arts competition. It's where you test yourself out against the strongest fighters, an if you are really good an win, you can claim the title of World's Best Martial Artist." Dash explained.
