Oh, I am too a fan. I have just read the Phalanx Covenant, which is the starting point of Generation X. It was great. I wish they would somehow celebrate the anniversary but I am afraid that they might not do them justice.

Generation X was great when it started but it fizzled out as it went on. My favourite is M because she is such a diva and got to carry on strutting her stuff in X-Factor.

Alonso: The X-Men editors are very interested in commemorating "Generation X’s" 20th anniversary and have set wheels into motion. Keep your eyes peeled for an announcement in the next couple months.

This year is also the 20th Anniversary of "Generation X." For fans of the team, are there any plans for the big anniversary that you can tease?

Marts: It's certainly something we've been discussing and we're very aware that the anniversary is coming up and I would say that we'll most likely be celebrating it in some way in 2015.

The second overall question was about the upcoming 20th Anniversary for "Generation X." Previously, your predecessor, Mr. Nick Lowe, mentioned that there might be something in store for that. Is that still planned as 2015 approaches?

Marts: Yes! We haven't moved past that and that's been something we've talked about quite a bit, so expect something from that in 2015.

Marts: Sometime in 2015 we plan on delivering some news on that, and it is something that we're still talking about quite a bit.

A lot of "Generation X" fans -- specifically jubilees_bf -- want to know what's going on with that series' anniversary special.

What ever happened to Generation X getting an anniversary celebration of sorts this year? Is this still a possibility, as previously mentioned?

Paniccia: Shoot. 2014 was the 20th anniversary. Hey David Gabriel, does this mean we have to wait for the 25th to do something?

Ketchum: I was developing a "Generation X" project pre-"Secret Wars," but it didn't reach fruition for a few reasons... like the Marvel Universe being obliterated. But! Every time we approach writers for pitches for new series, we get bombarded with ideas for new "Generation X" projects. (Who knew Mondo had such a following?) So rest assured, it's only a matter of time...

I have the 2 Gen X vs Gen 13 comics. Theyre lame as hell but fun.
