The Hulk i guess
Silver Surfer.
Dude needs to make a come back quick to show this generation just how great and powerful he really is.
Been recently been reading the really old stuff and I realized that the Surfer should have craved a long lasting nitch in a segment of marvel. There was litteraly nothing keeping from being a marvel stapple like Green Lantern or Superman is to DC.
His last series was ok but missing some of the older elements that would have brought him back and pushed him forward.

Is it just strength or more of a flying brick type?
There sorta was...during the 70's there was this "hands off/dibs" thing concerning the Surfer where no one could wrote a SS ongoing except for Stan Lee who of course had less and less time to do actual comics. This wasn't lifted until the mid-80's. Then I'd speculate that he didn't fit well with the later grim and gritty trend.
Hulk.
His non cap rage strenght is planet destroyer and OP.
In terms of pure strength... probably Hulk or Sentry. Hickmans Hyperion pushed the earth, so he's gotta be up there too.
In SS-tier we have Silver Surfer.
Then in S-tier we have PF Jean Grey, Hulk and Thor
In terms of raw strength the hulk has no definite limit
Others start higher of course
The beyonder, back in his omnipotent days scanned him and confirmed finding no real limit
Interestingly his strength has been described as defying the laws of physics which is why he can leap so far and not destroy the ground beneath him so much
So hulk imo
In terms of strength? Either Hyperion or Hulk, it's really tough to say which.
in terms of any kind of power ie, who is the most powerful Marvel hero? Scarlet Witch. She's capable of changing actual reality. It doesn't get much more powerful than that.
