Carol Danvers. She's the least interesting Captain Marvel, and not a very interesting character to begin with.

I've been reading comics since the 1980's, and never liked Kitty Pryde.
I always hated how CC wrote her. I felt like she was a TV character put into a comic book. This very special episode starring Kitty Pryde....
Outside of Joss Whedon & Warren Ellis, I can't stand her in a book I'm reading.
Thanks, Wade.
I didn't really like any of Liefield's creations, save, perhaps, Tempo and Dragoness, from the MLF.
But the Deadpool *movie* was awesome, and turned me around. I actually don't mind him in comics any longer. (Or Domino! Still can't stand Cable, tho. Or Stryfe, or Ahab, or any of those other Beef Hardslabs with their tiny feet and bulging chesticles.)
Deadpool today. He was once great with Joe Kelly (was it Joe?) and Priest writing him in volume one. After that it went downhill fast to the point where he is absolutely annoying...
But we still have the movies...Ryan Reynolds is great as DP
Is hating a character just because the writers are passionate about them really a valid reason?
Ben Reilly kinda sucks...
OP Question -
Moon Girl I find her whole "smartest person in the MU (or arguably one of the smartest)" claim damn annoying as well as unrealistic even by comic logic due to her young age and lack of experience.

I’ve pretty much developed a hatred for any villain that’s considered “the best”.
Loki, Magneto, Doctor Doom, Thanos...
I don’t hate or like them before but seeing people worship them for reasons I don’t think understand gets annoying for me.
I hate shazam because he is kind of like a steryotype superhero. he can fly and he is strong. he isn't that special.
