He can't get to Vanilla Ice who can just go around the arena until he inevitably erases him.

Don't think he would even notice Lovers.

If anyone manages to scratch him (which maybe Dio or Kars can do), Justice takes over and just makes him kill himself.

Dio and Kars, at least, are definitely faster as well. Dio can timestop and manuever people around him while Kars can keep him distracted by hitting him and not allowing him to close his glove.

Edit, hell, Dio can freeze time and put Thanos into Alessi's shadow and Thanos reverts into a child and his glove falls off.

How fast are the body-control reaction times? It seems like Thanos can instantly repair damage as long as he closes his fist via the Time Stone, and I don't think he can be affected by The World for the same reason.

Nah, just DIO - AFAIK, Diego and AU Diego weren't considered his goons in Eyes of Heaven (iirc, AU Diego hated his guts).
