Sounds really cool actually. How does it work exactly? Do the "CEOs" or whatever approach people with series, or do people pitch their ideas?

Basically the creators have reserved the characters to the books you see in the solicitations, but many are willing to share if you have a good pitch. We're always happy to welcome new blood.
