Then the second clan seems to be sinisters summers family from

Most of the clones are evil so why would Cyke's side of the family accept them? That leaves just Nate Grey as Gambit is not confirmed as a Summers.

I don't know about all of them, but Scott's always been pretty open to his alternative universe, adopted or cloned kids or grandkids or whatever who have popped up over time.

As for the Summers Clan... There are too many of them as it stands. Gambit has never been officially claimed as a Summers or as part of any family genetically. "The End" hints at such a connection but that's just one of an infinite number of possible futures.
