Why has circiut breaker never battled iron man?

It's a girl who hates robots and can shut them down with one touch. She wants to destroy all robots and has a hatred for any machines. She does not see herself as a bad guy also and think she is doing good by destroying machines. The ironic thing is she can not move her legs at all without the machine around her body making her the thing she hates! She would be great for iron man!

Give her a updated outfit (she really needs a update) and put her in ironman. What do you guys think? Should she show up in iron man?

Circuit Breaker and the NeoKnights were intended to begin life in the Marvel Universe as a "spin-off" of the Transformers series but there was issues with who actually owned the four characters Marvel or Hasbro and the idea for their comic was dropped. It was discussed in one of Comic Legends stories. It was a shame because it would have made an interesting sci-fi story in the Marvel Universe.

Circuit breaker is owned by marvel as they made her first show up in secret wars 2 to keep the rights. Same with death head. Neo-knights on the other hand first showed up in transformers so that may be iffy but like death head, circuit breaker first showed up in a marvel owned comic to keep the rights.
