    I guess his memories would have to come back or wed be dealing with a completely new character. In that case, Id say after his first death. I think thats what we all want. I like how Slott brought him back and most of the clone conspiracy stuff (except how quick he was to order Peters death) but if we could make all of this one long story arc and not the status quo, I think wed all be a lot happier.

    Yes, true. But PAD really brings a sense of humor to the character and its nice to see him being depicted with a little more of a Parker-esque sense of responsibility.

    He's less tortured and serious than he was during the Yost run.

    I think part of it is that as bad as he was, he wasn't as bad as Ben turned out to be, so he no longer had to torture himself over not being as good as Ben was. That took the edge off, even if Ben's been trying to turn over a new leaf.
