That scene between SpOck and Kaine was a continuity headache especially considering Kaine was still in Vegas and acted like he and Ben were on still good terms, even suggesting they call him in as well. Hell even Ben didn’t seem crazy like he was at the end of issue 25 of Scarlet Spider. I mean if we’re ignoring that issue and treating it as a fever dream, I’m all for it but this was just plain confusing.

Yea, given his knowledge of New U’s tech, he could really turn the tides of things depending on where his head is at currently.

I expect one of two things to happen with Ben:

- His knowledge of the cloning tech allows him to save the day, probably at the expense of his own life again

OR

- Ben reclaims the cloning tech after the Inheritors are beaten, setting him up as a future Big Bad

Yeah its the soul which is messed up, getting a new body won't fix that.

Also, isn't Otto more knowledgeable about cloning tech since he fixed the whole bringing back the real soul without it darkening problem. (Albeit incorporating Inheritors tech)

I certainly hope so. I thought the first Spider-Verse was staggeringly dull (aside from the brief interactions between rarely seen Spiders) so am not really interested in the sequel if it’s basically following the same story beats and just killing off more characters I actually like.

Guys, I think it has been confirmed the return (somehow) of the fallen spiders, thanks to the preview "Vault of Spiders #1".

It was shown that Karn still exists, even after his own sister devoured her. That shouldn't be a surprise, as we know his "future old self" was the original Master Weaver in "Spider-Verse", and the Inheritors are the only ones who don't have alternative counterparts in other realities. Therefore, Karn has to be alive somehow. So, maybe the other fallen spiders are alive too, as part of the Web of Life and Destiny.
