Interesting thought it could work since Diana is her mother character.

It would be fun to read about a Wonder Family that included Donna AND Deilan! Deilan should meet Artemis, the Amazons, Jason (if he's around) and the whole schmear.

It would be fun to read about a Wonder Family that included Donna AND Deilan! Deilan should meet Artemis, the Amazons, Jason (if he's around) and the whole schmear.

It is odd that most of the Wonder Family unlike the other Trinity families have very little relationships with each other even in Post-Crisis. Well the closest one can get to that is Orlando's run and here's hoping the new guy after him can do the job.

It is odd that most of the Wonder Family unlike the other Trinity families have very little relationships with each other even in Post-Crisis. Well the closest one can get to that is Orlando's run and here's hoping the new guy after him can do the job.

With the addition of Mala, as a regular, the WW cast would have a character, who ties Diana to Greek myth and the Amazons, for-EVER, ..even if some celeb writer moved Diana's adventures to WAKANDA. That would be continuity of a sort or the promise of it. Furthermore, it would be a segue to incorporating the other Wonders (Donna, Artemis, Jason and the other Amazons) into the stories, as recurring characters, without putting Paradise Island or Greek gods or ant gods, at the center of every story.

Wonder Woman used to fly out to Paradise for kangaback meetings with Hippolyta, on a golden beach, or technological aid from Paula and leave the Island in the rearview, ..leaving us all bristling with anticipation for her next visit. In those pre-Crisis days, you could smell the ocean on the pages...taste it...feel the ancient magic in the air, as you turned the pages!

Post-Crisis, missing Paradise Island was much harder, ..because it was ALWAYS there.

Mala's addition, as a regular, would also give the WW comic FOUR characters (including Diana), who've been around, since the Golden Age, ..and that comes dangerously close to something resembling a classic cast, as good as any other comic's!

Yeah, I mean... it feels like filler because it is filler. DC probably wouldn't let him do anything big in his 4-6 issue run anyway. But what I do love is that he's bringing back stuff like Mayfly and Tezcatlipoca, and Artemis finally in a WW issue! I really need to catch up on Red Hood and the Outlaws.
