So what does everyone think of Slott's Silver Surfer so far?

Interesting responses. Personally I am very big SS fan but fell out of comics 10 years ago, just now coming back. I wanted to start with whatever SS was in currently but when I saw the Slott/Allred series, it really turned me off. I'll stick to other titles for now, there is plenty to read.

I love this series.

I began reading Silver Surfer in the pre-Infinity Gauntlet days, and these are the best Surfer stories since volume 3, issue 75ish.

Don't like the title "Slott's Silver Surfer". Comics are a visual medium, and the Allreds are doing the bulk of the storytelling here.
