Best Spawn Comic Book Storylines

I've been a fan of Spawn's design and action figures since I was a kid, but have never really read his comics.

I was wondering what the best comic book storylines with him are. Stories that were landmark arcs, like Hush for Batman.

CBR is an awesome community and I can't wait to venture into the world of Spawn.

David Hines run was the best, imo. Thats #150-184.

Also, Spawn: The Undead by Jenkins and Sam & Twitch and Hellspawn by Bendis.

David Hine's run, from #150-184 is the must read. There are no current prints of that run and it's also incomplete. You'll have to get lucky to find the issues that are traded and it doesn't seem like McFarlane will collect them any time soon as he isn't a fan of the run.
