Wolverine by Jason Aaron

Hello friends,

I read the trail end of Jason Aaron's Wolverine, and I liked Wolverine & the X-Men. I am curious about the totality of it.

What's everyone's opinion on his run? I am curious.

Also, is anyone able to provide the Volumes and issue #'s for his run?

I loved it. Especially loved the Weapon X ongoing that kicked off his run. Tonally very different from Wolverine and the X-Men

Well Jason Aaron wrote 3 series for Wolverine, Wolverine: Weapon X, Wolverine vol 4 and some issues of vol 3 (like the Get Mystique story arc).

As for his quality, i'm still not in that part of Wolverine's ongoing, but for what other fans told me is a mixed bag of good and interesting things with a bunch of others that are kind of weird.

In my view, Jason Aaron has ruined Wolverine, made him a completely contradictory and hypocritical character.
And I didn't like Wolverine & the X-Men.
I hope Logan can be that badass Wolverine again, the anti-hero, the lone wolf.

Oh and he also wrotte X-Men: Schism, a perfect example of Wolverine's popularity working against him.

But not in Wolverine and the X-Men, Schism and AvX (Aaron)... and also in All-New X-Men, Avengers, New Avengers and other team books (Bendis).

That's why I said "contradictory and hypocritical character."
