We never got numbers but I remember in the JLA Tomorrow Woman one shot a virus activated putting every ten year old on the planet into a murderous frenzy.
So between the number of kids who killed a person or two or was in turn killed by those trying to stop them that's potentially a really BIG # even though the story avoids talking about the deaths if any that occurred. We see many close calls in the story but given it was a global event it'd be impossible for the deaths to not be huge in that story.
If ten years of recording The Young and the Restless for my mother have taught me anything, it's that characters in serial dramas are always happily in love...until they're not

Well, the infinite universes came back and died again, but returned...
That is a lot of death with resurrections.

"Nobody is more dangerous than he who imagines himself pure in heart; for his purity, by definition, is unassailable." James Baldwin
The Spectre destroyed the country of Vlatava except for two people.
Really, is anybody in the DC Universe truly "innocent"?
I love how all of earth is tortured and murdered in Metal but nobody gives a f***. And yeah, I get how it is all reversed. Just funny how that insanely dark element of the story is overlooked because of the epic, goofy, fun comic that it is.
pretty sure Joker commits a mass murder every week

Genosha? Vlatava? At least those are a made up countries.
I guess he views Montevideo as close to fictional in the real world as you can get? LOL!
Never mind writers killing just one character for pathos, it takes killing the entire population of a county to give your heroes and villains that legit angst! to drive a story. LOL!
I think Alderaan and Xanshi skirt the time and place parameters.Default How many innocent people mass murdered in the DC Universe in last 20 years?
So anyone want to add up everything listed in the thread so far?
