Well, when you face a dangerous foe like the Inheritors, there's no reason to hold back. So, a Spider-Man who goes for the killing will be at least more effective against them than a classic Spider-Man. Do you remember when Damos faced Punisher 2099? The Punisher wasn't able to defeat him, but he surely gave him a serious beating. So, if this Spider-Punisher can do something like this, or even more damage, it will definitely be very useful against the Inheritors.
