Bought a dream come true ASM today!

I am no pro grader but this baby is awesome!

I got it signed last year for my buddy who had to work, and today, I bought it from him. What grade to you think it is? I have handled VF+ from the era and this seems at least that or better, I am so excited!!

Hard to tell without better close-ups, especially of the spine, but it does look like it's a little better than VF+. The corner bend that goes through the whole book could be pressed out. Nice book! I would hang onto it as-is and not have it graded. The signature without a CGC rep present will be treated the same as if you wrote your name on the book. Real nice looking book though.

Took it to a shop today, he offered me $150 in store credit, I passed for now...

very nice. slight blunting on the lower left corner and slight bend of lower right corner of pages. page color is normal for that comic, probably about as good as you could expect to find. Signature unverified which is probably why the offer was low IMHO. Definitely VF.
