Default I need a good New Comic

I have read through nearly 200 titles over this last month and not a single title has excited me. Where have all the great comics gone!

Anyone has a suggestion? The best I have seen is Incognegro, based on the Harlem Renaissance

Immortal Hulk by Al Ewing and Joe Bennett.
And Doctor Strange by Mark Waid and Jesus Saiz.

I still say that in terms of long term writing quality, it's damn hard to go past Transformers: MTMTE/LL.

    Indeed.
Mark Waid is a great writer,i like the Doctor Strange stories but not to the point of collecting all the Doctor Strange stories. But with Waid writing the new comic book i had to read it.And with just one issue i think the comic book will be a must read.
I like how it have a mixture of being stories about a magician but in a Sci Fi tone, making Doctor Strange a interesting read.

If you are making a list of five ongoing titles/"One And Done" trades/titles that have wrapped that really worked for you, what's on that list?

Currently, not a whole lot. The eternal warrior series has been OK. Nothing great. There was a French tranlation Noir series that is OK, also not great. X-O was ok - Matt Kind I think. Not great. There are dozens of other titles that have been so boring I barely remember them including Dan Danger, Mind MGMT, Crosswinds, The Brave and the Bold was actually decent, Divided States of Hysteria.. ugg, Quantum and Woody is just blah...Marvel two and one - just waiting for the FF to return...

Going off of that, have you looked through any issues of The Wild Storm?

    It's a DC title.

Or look into new old comics. Teenage Mutan Ninja Turtles: color classics omnibus vol.1 by IDW. I had lots of fun with this book.

Look to the 80s and late 90s for good old comics. They don't make 'em like they used to.

    > The Wild Storm

I have never read that, despite being a huge fan of Planetary

Without going into it to the point of "Spoilers", I'd guess that elements of that title would appeal to fans of Planetary.

I thought Mind MGMT was incredible. Have you checked out Monstress?
