That is a very either Silver Age or Grant Morrison speculation.

Just a little fun you since WonderScott fears that the Catwoman and Batman being married might be fakes.

Hmm. I can see the logic from the Annual, but I really doubt THAT is the twist King's going to pull.

Well, some positives, this is always one of the first books I read each week, regardless of how I end up feeling about the issues themselves. I honestly really enjoyed the story up till I am Bane.

Taking I Am Bane into account or just before it?

Maybe it turns out that Batman actually did die on that plane in #1 all the way back and the whole run has been nothing but his dying hallucination. :P

That feels like a suitable theory for King's Mr Miracle. Maybe the wedding ends with Batman falling victim to the anti life equation and we have a major Batman/Mr Miracle crossover coming ... or maybe something simpler ... Darkseid is the marriage officiant!

I found a pretty cool page collecting the majority (if not all) variants for Batman #50!

ONE MORE WEEK (until my life if irrevocably changed by this will-they-or-won't-they or how-will-they? matrimony!

    (I'm being only slightly hyperbolic.)

Of course! Do you have a favorite, or top three/five/ten? Mine is definitely the Joshua Middleton one, though I love the Huntress/Red Robin cover by J. Scott Campbell and the Ant Lucia ones too.

I Am Suicide was my gateway drug but it was after I Am Bane that I started thinking about Tom King's Batman as something special in ways that are akin to Dylan or Beckett. I can't give a higher compliment than that.

Your thoughts on the Joker/Cat convo in The Best Man?
