I hope that with this comic they will give a twist to Red Hood, now with the departure of Lobdell they will give him a better writer with better ideas, make the character grow and not only be the target of the scorn of the bats. In the interview, it was said that this will cause changes in the current canons.

Jason todd and Bruce have actually been getting along a whole lot better post new 52 and during rebirth. Rebirth actually marks the first time for Jason Todd where he tries to get over getting killed by the Joker and to stop feeling sorry for himself. Case in point Jason was invited to be part of the batfamily tribunal when batwoman killed clayface, and bruce was letting Jason opperate in gotham for a time until he tried shooting penguin. The issue with Jason is he is extremely easy to typecast and writers when using him don't really pay attention to what he has been up to.
While Lobdell is not a great writer he has treated Jason fairly well this last decade, and his characterization has been much more consistent. The stuff that Lobdell was building up in the start of Red Hood and the Outlaws in rebirth was pretty fun, though it is a travesty it lead absolutely nowhere.

If the leaks are accurate, the existence of the three Jokers is a bit more interesting than the ones you've mentioned. The reason for their existence makes less sense though and raises two interesting questions.
