The future of the X-Men on the big screen

I'd be casually interested in Excalibur, but it really depends on the cast and premise. The rumor mentions Captain Britain, but I wonder if it's Brian or Betsy they'd introduce in the MCU?

They are going to make X-Men movies, whether they have X-Men in the title is the question.

I think it's silly not to use X-Men in the title... if they want to rebrand them then call them the "Ucanny X-Men," or the "Astonishing X-Men" or even "The Children of the Atom" would be fine for me...

Of course I’ll watch if true. But for me to get really excited Betsy and Meggan have to be in it.

I’ve said elsewhere and possibly here that Excalibur is to X-Men as GotG is to Avengers.

I think that's overstating the separation, at least in terms of the line-up.

The thing I feared most about xmen coming to mcu.

I’m not against comedy x-related films at all (hello deadpool), but if Disney’s first x-movie they produce is a comedy, I’d be very disappointed but not surprised.

For all the problems fox had they let Wolverine did things like kill fodder that work well for him but I don't think Disney would allow that

Whats the difference between stabbing and shooting someone? The only thing of concern would be the amount of blood and gore they are willing to show with Wolverine

They let Hawkeye shoot aliens in the eye they'll let Wolverine stab someone. Now will any blood come from that wound? We'll have to wait and see.
