Much more earlier Excalibur was rumored as a trilogy with Black Knight, Cap Britain, Kitty, Psylocke and Nightcrawler.
Wow...never heard of those rumors before....but an Excalibur series with this cast and created by Whedon would be cool. Would swap Black Knight for Meggan though but I understand them wanting to have him. This series could be Doctor Who meets GOT.
