That sounds like the title of a really bad DC 90s event or a DC themed porno. Either way that title is hilarious.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll try again.

If the superheroes had real detectives:

This case would have been cracked by now.

Considering the contents of Wally West's comics you'd think there'd be little crossover between the two. WML/Waid era Flash had all sorts of representation that comicsgaters would've frothed at the mouth over.

There was an extraneous ] at the end of the URL, which borked things.

Nah you need this detective. He can solve it in 30 min! (unless it's a two parter)

What if it was expanded from seven to nine parts?

That's right. I watched the series recently and absolutely loved it!

Lol, favorite comment in this thread. Lets all be practical folks and remember this event is going to be a great excuse for everyone to adopt new looks!

Is there anyone out there that liked the trucker cap look for Roy??

That's my final say on this subject.
Doesn't someone have to read Grayson/Nightwing to know that?
I think a better example would be Savage Dragon (especially NOW) where Malcolm, his wife, his stepsister or alternate versions of the cast are more than shirtless.

And the street is a one way because one is seen sexualized way more than the other.
Shirtless 11x17 posters of shirtless Dick Grayson, Superman, Ollie and so on are not in large abundance (officially or fan made) versus their female counterparts.

If you used those folks this book wouldn't SELL.

A fully developed sidekick who takes over for his mentor and grows up? Who also has a family with kids?

I can't say that any of this has come as a surprise to me. This is the same company that published Cry for Justice and Countdown to FC after all. They can reboot and rearrange deck chairs forever but we'll still end up back here when management is the same.
And the issue with stuff like this is-it ends up PACKING bins and liquidation sales at Ollies.
Because at the end it brings NOTHING to the table except upset fans. Because it does no justice to the C-Z listers in them. Except for Brightest Day-who would have but got derailed by New 52.

Who does this HELP? Wally? If this leads to him being on Suicide Squad after being labeled the killer-will we see Hotspot's teammates come out for blood? The ones from 1996 that is. What about Blue Devil? Deathstroke paid by Tattoo Man's wife and daughter? Spectre? The Outsiders? Midnighter?

Or is this going to lead to ANOTHER? Since we are all forgetting a MAJOR detail. Who is Batman's "father in law"? What does Damian's grandfather OWN? That Jason Todd once took a bath in?

LAZARUS PIT. Hello anyone in this book killed linked to Batman. Glad to have you back.

True, plus there's another reasons why it's a one-way street. Shirtless Dick Grayson, Superman, Ollie etc. isn't sexualisation. It's not there for female readers to enjoy. It's included as a male power fantasy about being big and strong.

Have you actually watched The Kindaichi Case Files?

If Kindaichi and Miyuki were in "Heroes in Crisis" then it would sell because I'd buy it.

And as long as it remains a one-way street, you'd have some people call it out for what it is anytime there's outrage over an objectified female character. Or are you going to try to lecture me about "patriarchal structures" too? Either noone gets objectified or everyone does. Can't have your cake and eat it too.
