Since the school is now in Central Park they can't exactly bury dead Xmen on "school property" anymore because it's a public park, so when an Xman dies where are they going to put them? Take them back to Westchester? If so why not just move the school back there?

Limbo. It's really why Illyana is there at the school. She sends their bodies to Limbo so her precious Kitty doesn't need to have guilt about dead kids.

Not true, there have been a couple deaths in Gold and I think in Generation X too. So the body count under Kitty's leadership is rising quickly.
