Question about the current X Timeline

Long time lurker, first time poster, so bear with me.

Been reading some of the recent X-books after a self-imposed exile due to everything that was IvX. Had a question about the current timeline. The books in question are the current (just ended?) Blue issues, along with the conclusion of the Jean Grey solo series.

Near the end of the JG series, Emma Frost and Ghost Jean land Jeen outside Westchester County, which the Phoenix burns down when it returns. They land there to get the help of the Cuckoos (and some assistance from QQQ). However, doesn't this event take place after the end of IvX, and therefore the school was relocated to Central Park, a good 2-hour drive from Westchester? Or is just the writers not being on the same page as far as canon goes? And where does this event fall in the timeline with the Blue issues (specifically the end of Mothervine)?

I took as he "eavesdropped" on the Cuckoos...doesnt he TK also? Maybe fly there.
