I prefer the screaming golden chicken armour to the WW84 armour, at least at this early stage (i.e. based on a single image).
As seen here (http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/...earmor_002.jpg and https://www.herocollector.com/en-us/...an-mythologies), I quite like it. If they'd taken that basic design, lost the wings, simplified the helmet and added blue pants and a red undershirt / sleeves, I would have been pretty happy.

Yes, this one.

I just can't wait to have hottoys produce one.
A definitely must collect item for ww.
A much simpler design would be better. Diana has wore another armours before. Why go all out in a strange design?
It seems they didn't reference any design from the DCyou armor
Now that you mention it, it is giving me a bit of a Barda vibe. It also looks a tad like the costume she wore during the DCYou era.
"You're dead!"- Soldier
"You first"- Lightning, Final Fantasy XIII
"Yes, boo, cause this is Calvin Klein and I don't play that ****" - Tanisha
"You look like a fairy princess...that resides over the pits of hell." - New York
It looks more like this... apart for the solid gold bit.

Not sure I like that new armour. To me it looks like it has the same trouble that plagued Batman in too many recent movies: it's too heavy and hard to move in. Gal Gadot will look and move as stiff as a board in any scene where she live acts.
A large part of the reason why costume designers need to study historical armours is not because they look good or can give inspiration, but because they are proven designs: they protect you and still leave you as mobile as possible. This one leaves important spots unprotected, looks too heavy, too restrictive of movement, and has spots where weapons can "dig in" rather than glance off.
«Speaking generally, it is because of the desire of the tragic poets for the marvellous that so varied and inconsistent an account of Medea has been given out» (Diodorus Siculus, The Library of History [4.56.1])
I thought it was nothing more than a promotional poster, which looks awesome btw, I didn't expect it to be armor she will be wearing in the movie. That's not the kind of thing that's flexible, or even practical from the look of it.
