That's hardly a New Warriors line-up. Unless if you just want the name w/o any ties to the original crew. I'd go with Speedball, Night Thrasher, Namorita, Darkhawk, Inferno, Sun Girl & Ricochet.

I like this roster. It's a good, solid roster.

Have Night Trasher as a representative for them to oversee them and fund the team and have the original members train them while also being a team of their own. I'd have:
Water Snake
Hummingbird
Machine Teen
Iron Fist (Pei)
Avril Kincaid
Troll (Gunna)
Inferno
Icarus (Joshua Guthrie)

I liked HipHopAvengers’ line up, and, I almost used Machine Teen but decided on Mancha, so we didn’t end up double dipping!
