Before I read your story, I'd like to ask a question. Has a crossover ever happened before? I'm only just recently getting into Star Trek and I've been a Star Wars fan forever and a crossover seems obvious. We all know it's never happened in a movie and probably never will but a novel or a comic?

That was very fun! Would you ever think about an original trilogy crossover with the original Star Trek series? That would make it a prequel and a sequel to your story at the same time... fascinating...

Star Trek's done a few crossovers lately since they've been part of IDW: Doctor Who, Planet of the Apes, DC comics etc. however I'm not sure Disney would be onboard with that...

True, to answer Darkseid Is's question there has never been an official crossover between the two properties that I'm aware of. So, I thought why not go nuts and have fun with this (incorporate some Star Trek Legends, semi-canon Star Trek novels material and do some cross property pairings).

I don't think Star Wars has ever crossed over officially with anything. Closest thing may have been Mark Hamill somewhat in character on the Muppet Show.

I haven't started reading it yet but I will.

I do vaguely remember a crossover. It might have been Marvel in the 1980s or 1990s. I really just looked it over and didn't buy it but it was Star Trek with the original crew during the time of the movies crossing over with the Star Wars characters probably after the events of Return of the Jedi.

I remember Spock learning to use the Force on a rudimentary level just because he's telepathic which I thought was hilariously unrealistic. "Stretch out with your feelings". "Forget your conscious self and act on instinct". Oh, yeah. Vulcans are famous for being great at stuff like that.

Hmm, can't seem to find anything on the Net about it. Might have been a fan fiction comic.

Thank you very much. Because I know this will likely never happen (due to the complex Star Trek rights issues) I've let my imagination run wild (there is stuff from the semi-canon Star Trek Novels and Star Wars Legends material mixed in) with this epic crossover.
