That's my guess, especially since he's wearing the shirt he had in the Madrox mini-series, where we learned that Jamie had sent dupes all around the world to learn stuff. But whatever the reason is, im just glad the M tattoo is gone, never been a fan of it.

Strong Guy was a core member of the Peter David X-Factor series, and even the Madrox mini that lead into it. That was post Legacy revival, and ... he apparently never knew about that?
Is it possible that this is a "prequel" sequence, where we get the INITIAL revival of Jamie pre that era?

If this is a flashback to the revival/recovery of Jamie before the X-Factor series that happened previously then it fixes the issue that everyone seems to be having about a lack of the M tattoo on his face.

No, these are current-day events. The team rescuing Madrox is the same team from Dead Souls.
