So, I walked into Walmart this evening, and all four of the new Walmart comics were in! I'm a bit bummed that Jinny Hex basically did nothing, and Bendis's use of Green Arrow and Deathstroke is about the same level as Loeb's use of his enormous cast in Batman/Superman (contained in the Superman Giant), but Derington's art is still really great.

I wish he would have approached Batman like he did Daredevil - rain soaked, grim, sad, romantic, and utterly noir. This feels more like Batman Bond. Which is...fine, but not going to be very lasting, I think.
