I never seen the charltan version but i liked the first comics E man could idw or dynamite pick that careator up and reintroduce it to a new audience>??

I think Joe Staton (who along with Nicola Cuti created the character for Charlton) may be a bit too busy with the Dick Tracy comic strip these days.
It also looks like Staton still has the rights (along with what was First Comics?) to the character.

E-Man already has been revived. He made his return in Charlton Arrow #1 in October of 2017 published by AC comics. The 3rd issue came out in February 2018. It's a 48 page color comic that he shares with a new character called Mr. Mixit. AC is mainly known for golden age reprints & their Femforce book. Charlton Arrow was published in color & sold for $7.99. No issues have come out since the third.
