tv would be "great" but budget wise, is it even feasible, given the traditional power sets of the kids, plus the depictions of kymellians and Snarks?

I think they're sitting on a merchandising goldmine with Power Pack. They have space ponies and space dino-lizards!
Though the Bogeyman from the Inferno arc + demons...yeah prolly skip those.
