Well, I have two theories :
-Sideways is in the Dark Multiverse and this Superman comes from there, thus being a purely New 52 Superman, in a way
-Sideways powers affects the boundaries between dimensions, so they could be affected by Vyndktvx he would actually be alongside the real Superman living out the New 52 Action Comics period when time itself had gone crazy
