Default Which Geoff Johns run is your favorite?

Personally I love the Green Lantern and Titans run. I love how he can create two runs that have completely different feels. Sometimes when writes write for a while the dialouge starts to sound all the same, but with Geoff Johns he seems to understand each character to their roots. I know I sound like a fan boy right now but I'm a huge fan of his writing.

He can be hit and miss on events though he can really hit on events. His regular series work is all excellent, IMO. I just read his Booster Gold for the first time ever and it was terrific.

My favorite isn't necessarily the best he's written and maybe neither are my second or third favorites either. I'm a sucker for great team books, especially when handled by great creators. I am especially a sucker for Justice League (where his artists were astoundingly great), Justice Society, and Teen Titans just as all time favorite titles and in that order and I am a fan or Johns' runs on those titles in that order too. They're each only separated by a hair and I can easily be argued into favoring any one over any other. His GL work is obviously amazing. His Wally West Flash is a great run. His New 52 Aquaman was definitive. Any character that captures his imagination is better off for having done so and so are we the fans. He has revived so many of DC's most important properties. I really hope the new arrangement means more Johns comics.

Not to mention that he is slaying on Doomsday Clock.

Same here. The events and everything were just fun reads.

The GL run from Rebirth to Blackest Night was the best for me. I didn't care much for the New-52 stuff afterwards, but that run from 2005 to 2011 was just something else.

I like too many individual stories from different runs to pick a favorite.

Green Lantern because doing something that long and keeping up the quality is a incredible feat which is why I would put it above Flash which is his second best run to me

Gotta go with JSA. Black Reign is one of my favorite stories and one of the main reasons why I’m a fan of Black Adam.

I finally got around to reading his GL run (my only GJ so far), currently an omnibus and a half into it after four days. I just can't put it down. The art too - I find myself taking longer to read a page than normal because it's so beautiful :P It has swiftly become one of my favourite ever reads! If I read more GJ then it will most likely be his Justice League work.

    1. Aquaman- It was a bit short, but it was very well executed. He showed he 'still had it' and he brought his 'A-Game' the whole time.
    2. JSA- The first run ended solidly. Second run wasn't as good.
    3. Green Lantern- Ran out of steam after N52 began. It would've been nice if there was more Coast City action/Earth moments during the later part of the run.
    4. The Flash- Wally West run. Second run was disappointing.

Honorable Mention: Adventure Comics. It was such a short run, but it could've been a classic. His Superboy/Wonder Girl interactions in issue 2 was such sweetness. Kon dealing with his Luthor 'relatives' was nicely done, as Conner continued his quest to 'find himself.'
