The younger version was what returned in Inferno. The aged one sacrificed herself in order to seal the portal and destroy the demons. When she did that her energy dissipitated throughout Limbo. Years later Belasco recreated her from her essence which was still felt in Limbo

Yes. The team is appearing in Multiple Man and I suspect that will lead to an ongoing, whether its NM or X-Factor. We may find out this coming week

Its just a name so I dont see what difference it'll make. The current team is a mixup of NM and X-Factor. Its called NM bc Karma is running things. If it spins out of Multiple Man with Jamie as leader, than I expect this team to adopt the X-Factor name. It'll have the same premise either way
