Hire better writers/ editors? So hopefully they could 1.write original stories and 2. Bring innovative ideas to the Av team without crippling other properties after getting BHurt the movie rights to the X property were sold to save the company

Yeah HOM was more to do with Quesada and Bendis pushing the Avengers to be the big thing, than movie rights

Uh its was after Xmen made a lotta money for fox and after Daredevil and FF kinda sorta tanked Marvel wanted to make its own movie....ergo pusssh the Avengers....csnt have not licenced to use onscreen mutants running around soooo MDay. Years later Can't have those pesky Xmen getting a new popular member sooo ban on creating new characters
