Umm... Freedom Ring is a reality manipulator, albeit with a limited range. He can just lolnope everything the others throw at him until he can get close enough to undo their existence.

To be fair, he wasn't a very good reality manipulator, was he? I remember him getting hospitalized and then killed due to it.
Yeah, looking at his wiki, it looks like he was explicitly created with the intention of being inexperienced (and by extension incompetent) with his powers. I think CIS is going to cost him the fight here.
Edit: Even setting that aside, he has no auto defenses, so Nova should quick draw blitz him.
