    Long term by enlarge noone cares about Batman or Spider-Man 3000. They want the “real” deal.

    Which is why I believe Fans and the industry as a whole would be better off creating new characters and write them in a way that gradually places them on the level of higher Icons like Captain America, Spider-Man, ect. then it is to create smaller “replacement/copy” heroes. Not to say “copy” heroes can’t and don’t have a place it just that New heroes have better chance of not being wipped out down the road. These characters are only allowed to get so old before a reset of some sorts. Because again by enlarge most people do not care and do not want the convulted history of “Spider-Man 3000”.


    Another thing to keep in mind is that by enlarge the people who consume these heroes don’t read the comic books. Those people are really what keeps the ball moving through merch, tv, promotions, and film ect.
