You need to provide more info on these. I get nothing on a Wiki search either.

I've asked mrbrklyn for clarification on these characters he just seemed to have tossed into the thread (wondering if they need an origin retelling if they maybe never had an origin told in the first place?), but the only response he's given so far has been

which still doesn't shed any light on where these two characters have ever appeared in the first place!
I keep hoping by repeating a request for more information, maybe SOMEBODY can explain if/where/when these characters have ever appeared before.

I searched for Falcon Rider and it lead me to some boats, Falcon from Marvel, and a fan fiction page for falcon related things. Green Emerald just leads to Green Lantern and Emerald Empress.

Nobody seems to know anything about these two characters who (supposedly) need an "origin retelling" except for the guy who first suggested the idea:

'Cause I really have no idea if / where these characters have ever appeared in any DC comic book stories (though somebody seems to be saying they definitely have).

I have an idea. Krypton is a world without space ships. Jor-el has a prototype but no one believes him. The planet blows up and Kal makes it to Earth. Supergirl arrives later on a second prototype that got diverted. All the hundreds or thousands of Kryptonians flying around the universe no longer exist.

Next, the universe started with the Big Bang. The Guardians are just the oldest ones around and evolution gave them their powers. NO forges, Bleed, Monitors or any type. Alternate worlds exist due to quantum physics without all the 52, Monitor, Overworld, Underpants, Darkword, etc. universes.

The Color spectrum (stupidest idea ever if you understand light and color) - never happened. If you want more Corps, just say the rings are engineered by others (as the original Weaponeer yellow rings were produced).
