Instagram Problem. A little help please?

Months ago, Instagram allowed me to set up an account and a profile. But since then It hasn't allowed me to post anything. I keep getting this post about an authorized device. When I post its's usuallylly from a pc , but I do have the ap on my I phone. Any Helpfulness out there? thanks!

Your best bet is to go through your phone. If you have a valid account with a username and password, launch IG on your phone and log in.

If you cannot log onto IG to enter your username and password, maybe try uninstalling Instagram and re-installing. I had times when my IG kept crashing, so I uninstalled and re-installed and it did the trick.
