Stark (or Zola) and
Pym
Shuri's a confirmed first (and that's really cool).
And Stark is a pretty safe second choice.
Third is tougher. Pym I guess. Tech wise his feats are pretty cool.
what's missing is the origin of the Hulk in this particular MCU. they sort of rushed through it in the Ed Norton movie. so we don't know how much of what Banner did was intentional. because the Hulk is, arguably, an improvement on the super soldier serum. also, we don't really know who created Ultron. Ultron existed prior to Stark hitting his on switch. Hydra was working on something pretty big. my thinking was that it was one of Arnim Zola's unfinished plans.
Shuri then Stark then Pym. Check out this article.

"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark

Banner is overrated... in almost every instance.
His 'weapon' didn't do what it was supposed to... he is eternally failing at finding the cure... Even in MCU he kept hitting walls and failing till he hooked up with the leader... correction, a pre-intellect enhanced leader.
The Ultron fiasco and basically everything else he's always just kind of standing around bouncing ideas of Tony who comes up with the true scientific breakthroughs.
In my opinion, if you want to examine the geniuses... you need to look at their actual accomplishments. Tony, Suri, and Pym... whatever they tried to do... they DID. Their inventions work and do what they are supposed to do, so I give the win to the three of them. Typically Tony's stuff was more impressive, but they did seem to lean hard on Suri being smarter. Pym brings up the rear, but gets extra credit for his breakthroughs being accomplished back in the days of Apple 2E.

Oh wait are we including aliens and baddies too? What about Otto Octavius and the supreme intelligence
