I am lost in a sea of titles can someone help?

Hi guys

been away from comics for a little while but am getting back into things now and am a little confused

Just taking things from No Surrender is there somewhere I can find a list of titles (and relaunches) that came out of afterwards?

No Surrender spawned quite a few follow-ups.

Quicksilver: No Surrender - Pietro is stuck in one moment and Synapse, Scarlet Witch and Doctor Voodoo try to retrieve him.
Immortal Hulk - Banner's back, but even if he dies, the Hulk will always take over, thus bringing him back.
Avengers - Jason Aaron sets up a new team.
Champions - from issue 22 onwards, this is where Vision's progress can be followed after Hulk seriously damaged him (No Surrender is actually set between issue 21 and the Infinity Countdown tie-in). Toni Ho showed up in that issue too.

As for where the cast all ended up:

Falcon - his solo was cancelled, so he's in limbo.
Thor - depowered at the end of the Mighty Thor series.
Vision - Champions (as supporting cast, since his daughter, aunt, and lodger are team members).
Hercules - limbo
Spider-Man - he actually left the team between Avengers 674 and 675. Appears in Amazing Spider-Man, Spectacular Spider-Man, and Spider-Man/Deadpool
Wasp - Ant-Man and the Wasp mini-series, Champions, and they're bringing back her solo Unstoppable Wasp too

Rogue - X-Men Gold and Mr and Mrs X
Wasp - Tony Stark Iron Man and Unstoppable Wasp
Beast - Astonishing X-Men
Wonder Man - limbo
Synapse, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Doctor Voodoo - Quicksilver No Surrender
Human Torch - Marvel Two-In-One and Fantastic Four

Sunspot - limbo
Cannonball - limbo
Squirrel Girl - Unbeatable Squirrel Girl and Marvel Rising
Enigma and Red Hulk - depowered
Iron Patriot - appeared in the final issues of Bendis's Invincible Iron Man, and Champions #22.

Hawkeye - Tales of Suspense and West Coast Avengers
Red Wolf - limbo
