There is already a counterpart for Weapon H. His name is Damage, a mix of Hourman and OMAC, basically.

Wasn't asking for the literal closest match for Weapon H in terms of looks and powers.

More the creative process behind him, i.e. crossing 2 A-listers together into a literal hybrid.

Hourman and OMAC are d-listers.

First thing that came to mind was the dark versions of Batman that combined him I’m a way with the members of the JL as well of course as the joker.

Meh, I just figure Lobo means wolf so I combined the names that way. The name ain't all that important I just thought Lobo and Doomsday would we the perfect Weapon H counterpoint considering Lobo and Doomsday seem like DC's answer for Wolverine and Hulk respectively.
